Phuong-Lynh Ta, MD

Dr. Phuong-Lynh Ta is a board-certified Family Medicine physician who has been with Cornerstone Medical Group since 2001. She is committed to providing compassionate, comprehensive care for patients of all ages.

Dr. Ta earned her Medical Degree from the University of Missouri – Kansas City School of Medicine, where she also completed her undergraduate studies. She completed her Residency in Internal Medicine at Gundersen Lutheran Hospital in La Crosse, Wisconsin.
